Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Independent Sales Representative to help expand our commercial cleaning services throughout Metro Atlanta. You’ll connect with offices, property managers, and business owners to identify needs and close cleaning service contracts.

Work on your own terms, manage your own schedule, and get paid every week—only when a contract is signed.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect local businesses, offices, and property management groups

  • Conduct walkthroughs and gather cleaning scope details

  • Coordinate with our operations team to finalize quotes

  • Close contracts and submit signed agreements for verification

  • Track your own leads and follow-ups independently

  • Strive to meet monthly sales goals (bonuses available)

What You’ll Earn

  • 10%–20% commission per signed commercial contract

    • Example: $2,000/month contract = $200–$400 commission

  • Weekly payouts every Friday, after contract is signed and verified

  • Bonus opportunities for high-value contracts and monthly milestones

  • This role is 100% commission-based—no hourly wage or salary

What You Need

  • Experience in B2B sales or client relationship roles (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organization skills

  • Confidence speaking to decision-makers and business professionals

  • Self-motivation and a professional appearance

  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone
